Head of US E-commerce, Dockers

We employ more than 15,000 people globally to support our great brands: Levi's®, Dockers®, Denizen® and Signature by Levi Strauss & Co.™</p><p></p><p><b>About the Job</b></p><p>We are seeking an experienced ecommerce leader to head the US Dockers.com business with full responsibility for the P&L as well as future strategy for this critical channel. The candidate will oversee driving traffic of our target consumer to our site and creating a best-in-class consumer journey throughout the end-to-end process.</p><p></p><p><b><i>Responsibilities and Duties-</i></b></p><ul><li>Full responsibility for US Dockers.com P&L</li><li>Responsibility for shaping and driving strategy for Dockers.com US and US DTC omnichannel capabilities to ladder up to global ecommerce and DTC omnichannel strategy</li><li>Support implementation of key ecommerce/omnichannel projects for US ecommerce</li><li>Drive step change traffic growth to US Dockers.com, with focus on attracting qualified target consumers through all marketing channels – email / SMS, natural search, paid media channels, and with a focus on efficient advertising spend</li><li>Drive acquisition for our Dockers membership program and increase frequency of engagement and purchases from our biggest fans</li><li>Drive US Dockers.com content strategy on our site and in our digital marketing channels to cohesively highlight 'flagship level' brand and product storytelling</li><li>Working closely with our site merchants, product merchant and planning team, drive continued improvement in site conversion, AUR and UPT through the right combination of product storytelling, category diversification and promotions</li><li>Working together with our ecommerce operations team, ensure that our customer's end to end interaction with Dockers.com, our brand and our product offering is positive (while also profitable)</li><li>Working closely with our ecommerce product team, lead the continued development of the US site, including product strategy and delivery of new features and products in Shopify platform and other back-end systems</li><li>Synthesize analysis re Dockers.com US performance based on KPIs and develop action plans for the team to drive near and longer-term improvements</li><li>Support development of Dockers Pure Players and Retail business</li></ul><p></p><p><b>About You</b></p><p><b><i>E-Commerce Expertise-</i></b></p><ul><li>Minimum 6/8 years of e-commerce experience, with a proven track results in building, scaling, and managing an e-commerce business (in the US market)</li><li>Track record of developing winning, customer-centric digital strategies and action plans</li><li>Strong experience across marketing channels (email/SMS, natural search/SEO, paid media channels) and the uniqueness of digital channels</li><li>Understanding of online customer's behavior and analytics</li><li>Experience across both front end and back-end operations components with deep expertise in at least one of the two areas</li><li>Strong experience with eCommerce platforms/tech stacks broadly, with a preference for prior experience with the Shopify platform and ecosystem</li></ul><p></p><p><b><i>Strong Hands-on Operator-</i></b></p><ul><li>Proven ability to drive strong revenue and profit growth in the eCommerce channel</li><li>Drive to "win" and you seek results</li><li>Seasoned P&L manager and pragmatic leader</li><li>Highly skilled at investment prioritization - exercising sound judgement</li><li>You utilize data and you are strategic in your working approach</li><li>Experience with agile work processes and a 'test and learn' mentality</li><li>Strong collaboration skills building relationships partnering across 3rd party and internal teams</li><li>Bachelor's Degree required – specialization in business, or e-commerce preferred</li></ul><p></p><p>We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
