Digital Marketing Manager, Performance Media

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a highly talented team focused on developing an innovative digital marketing strategy. This role involves working closely with cross-functional team members and other partners. The ideal candidate will be a team player looking to drive strong performance and directly manage the growth of a team. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Performance Marketing.</p><h2><br />Responsibilities</h2><ul><li><p>Lead largest paid media channel strategy and performance - driving business results for Levi.com</p></li><li><p>Manage Google Ads ecosystem (Paid Search, Shopping Engines, Display, Video, App) with future opportunity to own additional channels</p></li><li><p>Identify testing and strategic opportunities to capture added value and improve efficiency</p></li><li><p>Bridge digital marketing efforts and in-store traffic activity</p></li><li><p>Grow Levi's app users and revenue through paid media</p></li><li><p>Partner with Brand and Creative teams to ensure that Levi's marketing assets come to life and reflect brand values</p></li><li><p>Work with partners such as merchants, pricing and promotions teams, business analysts, and engineers to identify media and messaging opportunities</p></li><li><p>Manage and mentor a team of 2-3 digital marketers to support the program</p></li></ul><h2><br />Requirements</h2><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field</p></li><li><p>5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in an ecommerce environment</p></li><li><p>3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns in Google Ads</p></li><li><p>Experience managing small teams</p></li><li><p>App campaign and MMP knowledge helpful</p></li><li><p>Knowledgeable about attribution strategy, incrementality testing, and LTV analysis</p></li><li><p>Familiar with applying first and third-party data to drive consumer insights and audience strategies</p></li><li><p>Excellent quantitative analytics skills</p></li><li><p>Leadership acumen, with a focus on developing talent</p></li><li><p>'Test and learn' mentality</p></li><li><p>Strong collaboration skills and experience partnering with agencies, vendors, and internal teams<br /> </p></li></ul><p>We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
