Are you an experienced HVAC Technician with 3-5+ years of experience in maintenance and repair of heating and air conditioning systems? Do you have experience in gas (furnace and boilers), electric (traditional heat pumps and mini-splits), and A/C systems? Our client located in Woburn, MA has immediate opportunities for Experienced Service Technicians on their team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and maintenance on gas heating systems, including furnaces and boilers.
• Troubleshoot and service electric systems such as traditional heat pumps and mini-split A/C units.
• Replace compressors, coils, and heat exchangers as needed.
• Swap out thermostatic expansion valves (TXVs).
• Conduct repairs on zoning systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Be available for on-call shifts approximately one weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and 1-2 weekdays per month.

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of HVAC maintenance and repair experience.
• Proficiency in working with various heating, cooling, and zoning systems.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant HVAC certification/licensing is a plus.
