The North America Community team is responsible for the creation and execution of our community strategy, inclusive of relationship management, product seeding, activations and campaign activity across the entire NA store fleet, campuses and key markets. The broader team is comprised of the NA Events, NA Community and NA Sports marketing organizations who work in partnership with myriad cross functional partners to build meaningful local relationships, to engage our ambassadors and talent through relevant activations and to further lululemon's commitments within diversity and inclusion.
a day in the life: what you'll do
- Responsible for the strategic direction, planning and execution brand campaign activity and local community excellence across all NA markets
- Responsible for building the requisite rolodex of key relationships to fuel the influencer and ambassador pipeline in NA
- Responsible for driving greater market share and revenue in key markets with a specific focus on lift in brand sentiment and deepening existing guest engagement within all markets
- Designs programming that is globally minded and scalable
- Responsible for Brand Marketing or Store Community Pillar within the community ecosystem and advises our VPs NA Retail
- Leads a highly cross functional and integrated team
qualifications
- Degree in business or other related field
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Proven track record of implementing successful retail and marketing strategies
- Ability to lead large scale, cross-functional growth initiatives
- Demonstrated experience in managing large and dynamic teams (15+ people), including the ability to lead and influence both directly and indirectly
- Demonstrated ability to build, present and story tell strategies to senior leaders
