Cloud Engineer

Work You'll Do
As a Project Delivery Specialist on the project, you will:
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitLab to automate application deployment, testing, and environment management.
- Create, manage, and optimize containerized applications using Docker or similar technologies, ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable deployments.
- Deploy and administer cloud resources across AWS, Azure, or GCP-including compute services, networking configurations, security policies, and autoscaling environments.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools using Java, Bash, or Python to support infrastructure provisioning, application performance, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
- 1+ years' experience in deploying microservice based applications using Kubernetes
- 1+ years' experience in creating CI/CD pipelines in Gitlab (or comparable CI/CD tool)
- 1+ years' experience in creating and managing containers and writing Dockerfiles
- 1+ years' experience with Linux/Windows servers along with bash/zsh
- 1+ years' experience utilizing cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) including deploying compute resources, configuring network policies, managing scaling applications
- 1+ years' experience in an object-oriented programming language such as Java
- 1+ years' experience in python or bash
- Ability to travel 10-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
